How do I FIND ITEMS to buy at MadNonnie?
You can find ads by either BROWSING or SEARCHING.
Your search results should be centered around your zip code from the very first time you visit MadNonnie. If not, click CHANGE next to the wrong zip code in the header. The results are sorted by closest items first.
BROWSE
listings when you're not sure what you're looking for, or when you want to explore the range of items in a particular section and category. Once you find an ad you are interested in, click on the ad to see more details.
SEARCH
with keywords when you are looking for a specific item. In this case, simply find the search box at the top of the page in the section you are searching, enter a few words describing what you are looking for and click the SEARCH button. The page will display ads with the nearest results first. Once you find an ad you are interested in,
click on the ad to see more details.
What does FREE Sign Up mean?
No joke, it’s really FREE! No payment is necessary to enjoy our website, but honestly, we’re pretty broke, so we will always accept donations.
Do I have to SIGN UP to use MadNonnie Free Classifieds?
No. Most of our services are available to everyone. You can browse and buy items and use our extras as much as you like. However, you must register if you want to post an ad & receive messages.
How do I SIGN UP?
Sign up is FREE and super easy:
1. Click on the Sign Up FREE button in the header and you will be asked to provide some basic contact information.
2. MadNonnie will send you a message confirming your registration.
3. Then, you will be registered! Now get going!
Once you have registered, you can manage your ads and personal information through the MY ACCOUNT section of the site.
What is MY ACCOUNT?
With MY ACCOUNT, you can track and manage your MadNonnie ads, view saved ads, change personal information, send/receive messages and more from one single, secure location. You must be a registered user to access the MY ACCOUNT features.
Are you going to sell my information or email address to some other company or SPAM PIRATES?
NO WAY! We value your privacy. If you don’t believe us, read our

How can something so good, be so FREE?
Nonnie charges a small fee to those businesses that wish to place banner advertisements on our site. The best part about these advertisements is that they can be local as well as national. If the dry cleaner down your street wants to buy an ad on MadNonnie, their ad will circulate for you and other members in your community!
POST / EDIT / DELETE ADS
How do I POST AN AD on MadNonnie?
Once you have an account, click on any POST YOUR OWN AD button. Follow the 3 steps and instructions. Provide as much information as possible to get buyers interested in your ad. Post lots of photos and videos. It's all FREE.
How do I UPLOAD PHOTOS & VIDEOS?
During the ad posting process, you will find the instructions and the end of step 1 to upload pictures or videos. The upload process is easy and you can upload multiple pictures or videos per posting. The first photo or video will represent your ad as users browse the ad thumbnails.
Smaller file sizes will upload faster and save us space on our server. Try to keep your pics under 500kb each. Big photos will be either rejected or resized. You can always go back and add pictures to your ad by clicking EDIT from the MY ACCOUNT section.
Uploading any picture is FREE.
How do I EDIT my ad?
Go to the MY ACCOUNT section. Make sure MY POSTED ADS is selected.

lick the EDIT button next to the ad you wish to edit. Once you have made and approved the changes, they will take effect immediately.
How do I DELETE my ad?
Go to the MY ACCOUNT section.
Make sure MY POSTED ADS is selected.

lick the DELETE button next to the ad you wish to delete.
The ad will be deleted immediately. You can not undo this.
If you would prefer to keep the ad, but not allow users to see it, use the ON/OFF options above the delete button. Turn the ad OFF when you aren't using it and back ON when you are ready again.
How long will my posting appear on MadNonnie?
After 90 days your ad will automatically turn itself OFF. If you still have use for the ad, go to MY ACCOUNT to turn your ad back ON. Otherwise you may delete it any time.

How do I change or Upload a Profile Photo?
After logging in, go to My Account. You can click your photo, Username or the My Account link in the the top left-hand corner of the website. Once you are in My Account, click Account Info / Photos in the middle. When you can see the Change Photo section, click browse, find & choose the photo in your computer files. Then, CLICK UPLOAD & SAVE CHANGES.
How do I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT INFO?
(Name, Email, Phone Numbers or Password)
After logging in, go to My Account. You can click your photo, Username or the My Account link in the the top left-hand corner of the website. Once you are in My Account, click Account Info / Photos. When you see & change the info you wanted, CLICK SAVE CHANGES for that section.
How do I CHANGE MY LOCATION?
In the upper left-hand corner you will find a link to change your location or if you are logged in you can change it in My Account. You can change your location by zip code or city and state.
Changing your location can give you the privilege of searching another zip code or city for their classifieds. You can also check other areas for movie times, weather, lottery... pretty much everything MadNonnie is about.
CONTACT & MESSAGES
Do I need to include personal contact information in my postings?
You can include any personal info you want, just as long as it is your info and you don’t mind anyone in the world accessing it. If you DO NOT want people calling you, DO NOT leave your number! You will be contacted from potential buyers by your email & MadNonnie message.
As a buyer, how do I CONTACT A SELLER?
Go to the listing you are interested in and click on the CONTACT SELLER button underneath the item photo. A window will pop up for you to send the seller a message. They will respond to your message.
How do I CHECK MY MESSAGES?
When you have a new message, an alert will be visible beside your account photo. Click MESSAGES or MY ACCOUNT to view your messages any time.
